Comfort Zone, Feeling Younger DVD Series

The instructors in the program teach a class based on the Feldenkrais Method ™, a series of gentle movements that will help you learn to move with less pain. You do not have to do the entire program to notice the benefits. You can practice for just a few minutes a day.
