If you are

this series of DVDs is a terrific investment. They
"travel w/your laptop," you pick your own days and
times to work out and calm down. No annoying music
- no screaming - no actors - no baby sitters
needed! Extended family from pre-school to
grandparents can join in & relax with you if
they choose. Product descriptions mention
improvements re pain, balance, etc, which have
proven to be on target. Gigantic plus from own
personal standpoint: noticeable, nearly immediate
relief from chronic sinus issues endured since
early childhood. Sleeping better too!

I am 65 and
have had both my knees and my hip replaced. After
years of playing professional sports my body was a
mess and I was living in pain. I refused to take
pain medication, because I was worried about
addiction so I just suffered. I tried Yoga and
every other cure, but nothing worked until I
purchased this DVD. I am so happy I feel like I
want to jump up and click my heels together, but
good sense stops me from trying that. If you hurt,
I highly recommend the Comfort Zone and if you
don't hurt find some one who does and recommend
it.

Two orthopedic
surgeons told me I needed surgery on my foot
because of severe pain. My friend suggested I try
her therapist who used the Feldenkrais Method® - it
was my last resort. I had never even heard of
Feldenkrais®. The Therapist told me to walk and saw
that my big toe never hit the ground. (I took ice
skating as a child and I think it made my foot feel
more normal if I walked on the side of my foot.)
She took a roller and moved my foot the correct
way, with my big toe touching the floor, and
retrained my brain to move that way all the
time.
After one and a half lessons my foot never hurt
again. That was ten years ago. I have since
used Feldenkrais® to manage my chronic back
pain.
I wanted to be able to supplement my visits to
the physical therapist but could not find any
DVDs for me to do at home. That is why I
founded Age Right Training and produced the
Comfort Zone, Feeling Younger Workout. There
will be a library of Senior Fitness DVDs to
come, along with products that make us feel
more fit.
